In-Spa Policies
Arrival Time
We kindly ask that new clients arrive no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete new client consultation forms and prepare for your treatment.
Returning clients should arrive no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to review and confirm that the information we have on file is still accurate and prepare for your treatment.
Makeup
If you are receiving a facial or injectable treatment, we kindly ask that you remove makeup prior to your appointment. If you are unable to remove your makeup ahead of time, please wear minimal makeup to avoid taking time out of your treatment for additional cleansing.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Need to cancel your appointment? No problem! Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellations. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a$50 cancellation fee. Failure to show for your scheduled appointment will also result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Please note that failure to arrive on time may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Arrivals 15 minutes past your scheduled start time will result in your appointment being rescheduled, as we want to provide you with the very best service. Late arrivals do not allow enough time to complete your service to our standards.
Refunds: Services and Products
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you purchased a service that you wish to change, we are happy to exchange this for another service. You may also transfer your service to another Starlight client.
If you purchased a Starlight Skin product, it may be exchanged for another product within 14 days of the original in-spa purchase date.
